Prefabricated Wall Panels

Finished wall sections, built for your basement’s layout before installation day.

Vinyl Water-Control Channel

A channel at the base of the wall that helps manage incidental moisture — part of designing for how basements actually behave.

Tongue-and-Groove Joints

Panels interlock as they go up, for tight, continuous finished walls.

A 3D walkthrough of the BRC wall panel system — what each part does and how the finished wall comes together.

Most of the repeatable work happens before we arrive. That means a more organized installation, less time with an active job site in your home, and walls that fit the plan instead of being improvised around surprises.

The Water-Control Channel

Basements and moisture go together — any honest basement wall has to account for that. A vinyl channel runs along the base of the wall system to help manage incidental moisture, so it’s handled by design instead of becoming your problem later.

Joints That Disappear

Panels join with tongue-and-groove edges that interlock as they’re installed, giving you continuous walls with tight, clean seams — finished with trim for a crisp, traditional look.

  • Moisture-resistant materials, chosen for below-grade walls.
  • A faster, cleaner installation than conventional framing and drywall.
  • A finished appearance — a real room, not a basement pretending.
  • Straightforward planning — you approve the plan before work starts.
  • Color choices — the wall system comes in a variety of colors.
  • Paintable — repaint the walls anytime with regular paint.
  • Repairs like drywall — dings and damage patch up the same way.
