What to Expect
From the first call to the final walkthrough, here’s how a BRC basement project runs. Every basement is different, so think of this as the shape of the process — your consultation is where we get specific.
1. Consult and Assess
We talk through your goals, measure the space, and look at existing conditions — walls, floor, signs of moisture, access. This is also where we confirm the panel system is the right fit for your basement.
2. Plan the Space
Layout, room uses, outlet and lighting locations, finish and trim selections. You approve the whole plan before anything gets built.
3. Prepare the System
Your panels are prefabricated for your basement’s layout. The repeatable work happens before installation day — so the day we arrive isn’t day one of building.
4. Install
Panels are brought in, set, and joined — walls go up fast compared to conventional framing and drywall. Joints, corners, and trim are finished as we go. From your side of it: an organized job site, not a construction zone that drags on for weeks.
5. Review and Complete
We walk through the finished space together, make sure everything matches the plan, and talk through simple care for your new walls.

Timing depends on the size of the space, site conditions, and any other work involved — electrical, flooring, plumbing. Your consultation includes a realistic picture for your project, not a one-size promise.
